MSRs operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage a defined customer base, and report directly to a Market Sales Manager. The compensation structure includes a competitive base salary plus commission.Work Environment & Travel Requirements: This is a remote, field-traveling position requiring regular travel throughout the Northern Cincinnati-Dayton, OH territory, spanning across a 75-mile span, including occasional overnight travel and quarterly meetings at the Louisville Distribution Center. Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job. A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is requiredA Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Culinary Arts, or similar focus is preferredA minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer-facing outside sales roles, with a proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, expand product offerings within existing accounts, and drive new business development.Consultative sales experience with B2B foodservice or similar distribution models.Working knowledge of bakery products, ingredients, raw materials, baking supplies, and bakery operations is strongly preferred.
