10-8 Realty is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk to support our team with accurate data entry, record maintenance, document organization, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and capable of handling confidential information with accuracy and discretion.

This position is well suited for someone with strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Process and organize digital documents, forms, records, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate property, client, vendor, and transaction-related records.
  • Verify information and identify discrepancies or missing data.
  • Assist with preparing spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Organize electronic files and maintain appropriate document-management practices.
