Manager, Oracle HCM Time & Labor - U.S. or Canada

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) and Workforce Management solutions, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and business stakeholders to design scalable workforce management solutions aligned with Oracle leading practices.

Serve as the functional lead for Time & Labor, driving solution design for time entry, time calculation rules, overtime, scheduling, shift differentials, labor costing, and approval workflows. Collaborate with Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR teams to ensure seamless integration, workforce compliance, and accurate payroll processing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5-7+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM consulting experience with a focus on Time & Labor (OTL) and Workforce Management

  • Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Time & Labor implementation experiences

  • Experience leading requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities

  • Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to mentor team members and contribute across multiple engagements

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed

  • Canadian citizenship required for TN visa travel to the U.S., as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Absence Management experience

  • Global Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) implementation experience

  • Workforce Management scheduling and shift planning experience

  • Experience integrating Time & Labor with Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR systems

The estimated base salary for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750- $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
