Senior NMS Oracle End User Trainer (Contract)


Senior NMS Oracle End User Trainer to support Oracle NMS deployments through March 2027. This part-time contract role (20-30 hours/week) focuses on end-user readiness, training delivery, and adoption support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate training materials and documentation.
  • Develop training workflows and user support resources.
  • Participate in train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Deliver live end-user training sessions.
  • Coach and support super users and end users.
  • Support change management and business transformation initiatives.
  • Obtain NERC CIP certification as required.
  • Travel as needed (reimbursable expenses only).

Qualifications:

  • Senior-level end-user training experience.
  • Knowledge of Oracle NMS solutions.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in creating workflows and training content.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging environment.
  • Self-starter with strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Contract Term: Immediate through March 31, 2027
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Location: Remote with occasional travel required.
