About Role: 
As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst on the STAR (Statistics and Reserves) Central Business Administration Function (CBAF) team, you will play an integral role in supporting the STAR suite of applications. 
You will be responsible for satisfying our clients' business objectives through excellent customer service and technical analysis.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Employ your analytical skills and customer service abilities to troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, devising solutions, and providing guidance to STAR's system-wide user base in a 24x7 help desk environment
  • Support and enhance day-to-day STAR operational services through:
  • Application of technical expertise in resolving reported incidents or issues
  • Analyzing complex business problems and performing related in-depth research
  • Working with cross-functional teams to address business or system issues
  • Using technical expertise to identify, evaluate, and develop processes, and procedures that enhance the team's ability to support the customers in a pro-active and efficient manner
  • Producing training and technical documentation for existing and enhanced STAR business processes and applications
  • Actively participate in testing activities of the STAR suite of applications, monitor systems and perform system health checks on as needed basis
  • Develop a good understanding of the STAR business and inter-dependent systems

  • The Candidate need to be able to take on a shift on rotational basis during business hours between 4:00 am to 6:00 pm PT or after-hours from 6:00 pm to 4:00 am PT / weekly.
