Able to develop simple features with quality (features that are well understood and have been implemented similarly before)

Ability to learn essential concepts and architectural fundamentals

Ability to communicate and interact in a team setting and follow-up as required

Works under close supervision of more senior engineers

Experience designing and developing relational data models

Understanding of query plans and expertise in query tuning, performance optimizations

Database analytical & troubleshooting skills - preferably in Oracle

Experience building web applications, web services - preferably in ASP.NET/C#

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
