Position: Oracle EPM with ARCS Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel to Client/Infosys Office as Required)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Experience: 15+ Years

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa Independent Consultants

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM + ARCS Functional Consultant with 10+ years of Oracle EPM experience and strong expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions and supporting financial close and reconciliation processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS.
  • Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle EPM Cloud/ARCS implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Account Reconciliation, General Ledger (GL), and Period-End Close processes.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Data Integration.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.
  • Working knowledge of SQL (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and configure Oracle ARCS solutions.
  • Support implementations, enhancements, testing, and production support.
  • Configure reconciliation profiles, matching rules, workflows, and security.
  • Support integrations between Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Perform issue resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and coordinate Oracle Support SRs.
  • Prepare functional documentation and collaborate with business and technical teams.
