Job Description:

Saab, Inc. is seeking an Oracle EBS Techno Functional Analyst to support and modernize our Supply Chain, Project Manufacturing, Projects, and Financial applications through Oracle ERP solutions.

The Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Analyst will be responsible for application support, technical enhancements, and ongoing optimization of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12). This role supports business operations through troubleshooting, change management, configuration, development, and participation in strategic initiatives aligned with the Oracle roadmap.

This position may be performed onsite at Saab's East Syracuse (Collamer) facility or remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EBS applications.

  • Perform production support, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with the business to define needs, generate requirements, and plan tasks.

  • Design, configure, test, and document Oracle EBS solutions based on business requirements.

  • Provide technical development and support of Workflow, Forms, Reports, and Interfaces.

Compensation Range: $115,700 - $150,500

The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.

Skills and Experience:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 8+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS Workflow and AME.

  • 8+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS Applications Framework (OAF) and Oracle Forms for extensions and personalization.

  • 8+ years of experience working with Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Alerts, and Interfaces.

  • 8+ years of experience working with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database.

  • 8+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS, including Financials (GL/AP/AR/FA), OTL, Projects, Supply Chain (PO), Inventory (INV), and OM/Shipping.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, investigative, and process-design skills.

  • High level of accountability with demonstrated initiative and innovation.

  • Flexibility and ability to manage workload and achieve results with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and project-based team environments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business users.

  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, transformational environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the aerospace/defense industry.
