Job description

At Chewy, it is our mission to become the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents and our partners vets and service providers alike.  Our success is measured by the happiness of the people and pets we serve, not simply by the amount of pet supplies we deliver. That’s why we continue to think of outside-the-Chewy-box ways to delight, surprise, and thank our loyal pet lovers!

Our Opportunity:

At Chewy, we are building scalable, modern financial planning capabilities that enable smarter and faster business decisions across the enterprise. We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Administrator – Planning Specialist to support, optimize, and enhance our Oracle EPM Planning ecosystem.

In this role, you will administer and improve Oracle EPM Cloud Planning solutions, including Workforce, Capital, and Financials Planning, while partnering closely with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams. You will play a key role in driving planning efficiency, automation, governance, and system reliability across critical budgeting and forecasting processes.

The ideal candidate brings strong Oracle EPM technical expertise combined with a deep understanding of financial planning operations and enterprise-scale business processes. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of financial planning technology within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Does this sound like you? If so, we would love to hear from you! Come run with the Pack!

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer and support Oracle EPM Cloud Planning applications, including Workforce, Capital, Financials Planning, and Strategic Modeling.

  • Configure metadata, hierarchies, security, dashboards, forms, business rules, and calculation scripts.

  • Build and maintain integrations using Data Integration, REST APIs, EPM Integration Agent, and flat file processes.

  • Monitor system performance, integrations, scheduled jobs, and application availability to ensure reliable operations.

  • Partner with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams to deliver scalable planning and forecasting solutions.

  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and improve user experience through automation and process enhancements.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, documentation, testing, and end-user training initiatives across the enterprise.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience administering Oracle EPM or Hyperion Planning solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and related planning modules.

  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and FP&A processes.

  • Experience supporting integrations between Oracle EPM, ERP systems, and data warehouse platforms.

  • Knowledge of REST APIs, EPM Automate, SQL, Groovy scripting, or ETL tools preferred.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical customers.

  • Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

  • ability to translate technical insights into business value.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $160,000.00.
  • The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.
