Position: Oracle EBS HRMS – OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) Support Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa Independent Consultants

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS – OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) Support Consultant to provide ongoing production support, issue resolution, and enhancements for Oracle HRMS and OTL modules. The consultant will work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EBS HRMS and OTL modules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Time Entry, Timecard Approval, Payroll integration, and Absence Management
  • Analyze functional issues and coordinate with technical team for fixes
  • Support configuration changes, setups, and data corrections
  • Monitor and resolve OTL fast formula, workflow, and AME-related issues
  • Support payroll processing and reconciliation related to time data
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent solutions
  • Work on minor enhancements, patches, and testing activities
  • Coordinate with business users for UAT and deployments
  • Prepare support documentation and knowledge base articles

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
  • Experience with Payroll and Core HR integration
  • Knowledge of OTL Fast Formulas, Workflows, and AME
  • Experience in troubleshooting production issues
  • Basic understanding of SQL for data validation
