Key Responsibilities:

  • Developer and Maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll:
  • Create and Optimize Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations.
  • Design and Implement HCM Extracts:
  • Build and configure HCM Extracts for reporting and integrations related to payroll.
  • Payroll Module Expertise:
  • Understand payroll module structures, records, and configuration for accurate reporting and integration.
  • Query Optimization:
  • Fine-tune SQL Queries for reporting and extract performance improvements.
