• Conduct thorough intake assessments and regular progress evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, including any relational dynamics affecting their well-being.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, client goals, and any co-occurring conditions.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, using proven strategies to enhance client engagement and promote healing.
• Collaborate with colleagues, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care tailored to each client's unique situation and needs.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and therapeutic processes to foster understanding and engagement in treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with necessary regulations and ethical standards.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals and couples seeking to address issues affecting their relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, and a range of other mental health concerns. You will work with clients from various backgrounds and life experiences, providing care that is sensitive to cultural differences and focused on promoting healing and recovery.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Specialized training in mental health counseling practices is highly desirable.
• A solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients effectively.
• Excellent team collaboration skills to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience with couples and family therapy, as well as evidence-based practices such as CBT or DBT.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is a plus.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses.
