Remote - Oracle HCM Compensation Functional Specialist
Job Type: W2
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens , Green Card only

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, HRIS with robust functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation and Core HR. This role is dedicated to designing, configuring, and executing complex global compensation plans, merit cycles, and eligibility rules. You will partner directly with Total Rewards leaders to ensure seamless execution of enterprise compensation cycles while maintaining maximum data security and an optimized executive user experience.

What Will You Do?

  • Own end-to-end implementation, cycle setup, and execution loops for Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation plans.
  • Partner with Total Rewards leaders in discovery sessions and scoping workshops to gather complex global compensation requirements.
  • Conduct precise fit/gap analysis on compensation matrices, budget pools, component configurations, and eligibility profiles.
  • Produce and manage meticulous functional documentation, validation rules, compensation workbooks, and testing sheets.
  • Configure workforce compensation sheets, budget models, performance ratings integration, and statement templates.
  • Leverage HCM Design Studio, Sandboxes, and Redwood UX to optimize the compensation interface for managers and executives.
  • Enforce strict HCM Security profiles to protect sensitive salary, equity, and grade-step data access across business units.
  • Oversee comprehensive UAT cycles, data reconciliation testing, and regression analysis for quarterly Oracle updates.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

  • 5–7+ years of functional experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM, with an emphasis on Workforce Compensation.
  • Demonstrated history of leading compensation workshops, gap analysis, and building functional configuration documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in configuring eligibility profiles, Fast Formulas (highly preferred), and complex matrix structures.
  • Absolute discretion and strong mathematical acumen required to manage and audit highly sensitive corporate compensation data.
  • Educaiton- Required a Bachelore degree and equlient
