Job description

The Oracle ERP Operations Analyst leads post-go-live stabilization, operational model
design, data-driven continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment across
Oracle-enabled business functions such as HR, Finance, and Procurement. The role
manages schedules, RAID, and action logs; builds service delivery models and
playbooks; analyzes operational data to identify gaps and opportunities; and facilitates
effective communication and governance between Business and IT to ensure
sustainable value from Oracle ERP investments.

Key Responsibilities:
Post Go-Live Stabilization
• Evaluate post-go-live processes, assess schedules, action logs, RAID trackers,
and meeting documentation to drive stabilization and enforce clear escalation
paths.
• Maintain governance cadence to ensure cross-team deliverables align with
timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Track adoption, performance, and incident trends to proactively address issues
and reduce friction.

Operational Model Design
• Analyze Oracle-enabled business processes to design structured service
delivery models, process ownership, SLAs/OLAs, and resource plans.
• Create playbooks, swimlane diagrams, and RACI matrices clarifying roles and
embedding consistent, measurable ways of working.
• Document configurations, SOPs, and test/application protocols to support
compliant, repeatable operations.
Operational Analytics and Continuous Improvement
• Collect and analyze data from Oracle SaaS/EBS, ticketing tools, and trackers to
identify inefficiencies, user friction, and underutilized functionality; synthesize
insights into dashboards and reports.
• Perform root cause analyses and recommend prioritized improvements
impacting SLAs, cycle times, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Monitor process KPIs, configuration drift, and usage patterns to benchmark
stability and drive iterative enhancements.
Administration and Communication Support
• Prepare meetings, maintain decision logs, and document workflows; manage
centralized repositories for SOPs, runbooks, and change notes.
• Communicate timelines, process changes, ownership, and release notes across
stakeholders to reduce rework and siloed decisions.
• Maintain audit-ready records for risks, issues, approvals, and operational
controls.

Business–IT Alignment
• Act as a bridge between Business Operations and IT to ensure operational
models are executable and system capabilities are fully leveraged.
• Translate business requirements into enhancement requests; track them
through triage, design, and deployment with clear traceability.
• Participate in gap analysis, solution design, and handoffs from project to run
operation to safeguard continuity and value realization.

Required Qualifications
• Experience in ERP operations, business systems analysis, or application
support, focusing on Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS.
• Experience with supporting Oracle Cloud ERP projects (e.g., Financials,
Procurement, HCM) with emphasis on post-implementation support
• Proven expertise in post-go-live stabilization, RAID and schedule management,
and operational governance.
• Proficiency in analyzing operational data and building dashboards/reports to
support decision-making.
• Experience documenting SOPs, RACI, playbooks, and process diagrams for
Finance, Procurement, and HR operations.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for aligning Business and IT
stakeholders and prioritizing actions.

Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, Procurement, HCM) or
Oracle EBS Financials/SCM, including SLA and accounting flows.
• Experience with adoption and telemetry tools for monitoring usage, cycle times,
and configuration changes post-go-live.
• SQL and reporting skills, plus exposure to dashboarding/BI tools for operational
analytics and KPI tracking.

Core Competencies:
• Post-go-live stabilization and governance: RAID discipline, escalation paths,
schedule control, incident and adoption monitoring.
• Process design and documentation: playbooks, swimlanes, RACI, SOPs, and
testing protocols.
• Analytical rigor: converting raw operational data into actionable insights and
prioritizing improvements by measurable value.
• Cross-functional facilitation: bridging Business and IT to maximize ROI and
accelerate value realization.

Success Metrics:
• Reduced incident volume and mean time to resolution; improved SLA
attainment in post-go-live cycles.
• Documented operational models adopted and adhered to across Finance,
Procurement, and HR.
• Measurable improvements in adoption, cycle times, and utilization of standard
capabilities over custom workarounds.
