• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and children, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate mental wellness.
• Connect clients with relevant local resources and services to assist with various needs such as housing, employment, and community engagement.
• Perform case management duties, including developing and monitoring treatment plans that align with clients' goals.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to all regulatory standards and clinic protocols.
• Engage in regular communication with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the clinic to provide comprehensive support to clients.
• Assist with utilization review processes and communicate effectively with the Business Department regarding authorizations and payments.
• Act as a mentor and provide clinical support to team members in the absence of senior staff.

This position entails working with a wide range of clients across different age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. The diverse needs of our client population require flexibility, a strong understanding of various mental health challenges, and a commitment to culturally competent care. You will engage with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, empowering them on their path to recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active California license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing therapeutic services through effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of professional boundaries and ethical considerations in client interactions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with case management principles and practices.
• Experience with specific populations such as children or underserved communities is a plus.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or resource coordination.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
