The Clinical adoption product manager serves as the clinical and workflow domain expert for the Cardiology product team, supporting the evolution of CPACS and CVIS product solutions across invasive and non-invasive Cardiovascular workflows. The primary goal of this role is to help deliver products that enable clinical teams to provide better patient care by supporting accurate clinical decisions, efficient workflows, and consistent application of cardiology best practices.
By bringing real-world clinical expertise into product planning, design, validation, and adoption, this role helps improve how cardiology teams work day- to-day reducing unnecessary complexity, improving efficiency, and increasing confidence in clinical outcomes. The Clinical Product Consultant partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Sales, and Services to ensure solutions align with customer needs, market trends, clinical standards, and competitive expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Act as the clinical and workflow domain expert for Cardiology CPACS and CVIS product solutions, supporting both invasive and non-invasive Cardiovascular and ECG workflows
  • Stay current with the latest cardiology trends, clinical guidelines, industry standards, and emerging technologies, and translate insights into actionable product input
  • Support product discovery, planning, and roadmap activities by providing clinical expertise, workflow guidance, and best-practice recommendations
  • Support execution and delivery phases by reviewing designs, validating workflows, and advising on clinically appropriate and efficient solutions
  • Perform clinical evaluation and validation of new and existing capabilities to ensure accuracy, usability, and real-world clinical relevance
  • Provide clinical support and guidance for regulatory and compliance processes, including clinical input for documentation, validation activities, audits, pre and post market risk assessments, and regulatory submissions
  • Serve as the clinical focal point during customer implementation phases, guiding workflow definition, configuration decisions, and professional services best practices
  • Define and promote best-practice clinical workflows and configuration guidance to drive adoption, efficiency, and consistency
  • Provide clinical input to issue resolution and escalations, supporting product and engineering teams in addressing workflow or clinical logic challenges

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in a US health system environment, with a background in cardiology and hands-on experience across invasive and/or noninvasive workflows
  • Ability to travel up to 25% in the US

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in applying clinical expertise to product development, workflow design, and clinical system evaluation
  • Demonstrated decision-making mindset, with the ability to evaluate clinical tradeoffs, balance competing priorities, and provide clear, well-reasoned recommendations in a product context
  • Ability to stay up to date with evolving cardiology practices, guidelines, and industry standards, and apply this knowledge in a product context
  • Solid ability to learn quickly and independently, adapting to new technologies, workflows, and clinical domains
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate clinical concepts to product, engineering, sales, and customer teams
  • Passion for improving patient care, clinical workflows, and operational efficiency through technology

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
