Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Set clear therapeutic objectives and regularly monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges, ensuring that high-quality mental health services are available to all.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices, using electronic health record systems to keep track of client information.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with industry trends and innovations in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and various life transitions. Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a safe and trusting environment for clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards individuals from all backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will have a competitive edge:

• Experience working with a range of mental health issues and populations, including severe mental illness.
• Previous utilization of teletherapy tools and platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
