Full-time

Job description

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to help grow our nationwide corporate training business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with corporate decision-makers, and closing sales with employers across the hospitality and service industries.

Our solutions include online state-approved alcohol server/seller training, ANAB-accredited Food Handler training, and other hospitality compliance programs, along with corporate account tools for employee assignments, tracking, reporting, certificates, prepaid credits, and Pay-As-You-Go billing.

This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and capable of managing the full sales process from prospecting through close. As our workforce scheduling and employee-management SaaS platform expands commercially, this role will also have opportunities to sell SaaS solutions to business customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and industry research.
  • Research prospective companies and identify decision-makers in HR, Learning & Development, Training, Operations, Compliance, Procurement, and related departments.
  • Engage prospective clients to understand their training and workforce needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Develop multi-location, regional, and national account opportunities.
  • Follow up with inbound corporate leads and inquiries.
  • Prepare pricing, proposals, and account recommendations for prospective customers.
  • Help businesses determine whether prepaid credits or Pay-As-You-Go billing best fits their needs.
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts and identify appropriate expansion opportunities.
  • Assist with vendor registration and procurement processes when required.
  • Maintain accurate prospect, account, follow-up, opportunity, and sales activity information in our sales system.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when appropriate.
  • Work independently to maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently generate new business.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to prospect, develop opportunities, and close new business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable conducting outbound phone and email prospecting.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple active opportunities and sales conversations at the same time.
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM or sales-tracking systems.
  • Results-oriented and motivated by measurable sales goals.
  • Experience communicating with business owners, managers, executives, HR, operations, training, procurement, or other corporate decision-makers.
  • Experience in hospitality, training, compliance services, SaaS, HR technology, workforce solutions, or other B2B services is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Growth

This is a full-time salaried position with commission and additional performance-based bonuses. Commission is uncapped, providing significant earning potential for a strong salesperson who consistently develops new business and grows assigned accounts.

The position includes an initial ramp period to learn our products, develop a qualified pipeline, and begin closing new business. After the ramp period, the role will have established monthly sales goals and additional opportunities to earn performance bonuses for exceeding revenue targets.

Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position with significant independence. We are looking for someone who does not require constant supervision and who is comfortable taking ownership of their sales activity and results.

Success in this role requires consistent prospecting, accurate sales tracking, timely follow-up, strong customer communication, a healthy sales pipeline, and continued progress toward monthly sales goals.

About the Company

Founded in 2003, we are a nationally recognized hospitality compliance training provider offering online training programs approved in most states across the country.

Our programs help restaurants, hotels, casinos, retailers, convenience stores, entertainment venues, and other employers meet state and industry training requirements. Our corporate platform also allows businesses to manage employee training across multiple locations, assign courses, track completion, access certificates and reports, and use either prepaid training credits or integrated Pay-As-You-Go billing.

We continue to expand our nationwide corporate training business while developing additional workforce technology solutions for employers.
