• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using telehealth platforms to gain insights into clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in best practices.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address varying mental health concerns, ensuring they are adapted for remote delivery.
• Maintain accurate electronic clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards, employing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through virtual meetings to ensure that care is comprehensive and holistic.
• Engage in regular peer case consultations via videoconference to enhance your professional development and enrich the quality of care provided.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families on mental health topics, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding treatment options and available community resources.

You will work with a diverse array of patients dealing with substance misuse and mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your clients will include individuals at various stages of their recovery journeys, allowing you to apply your tailored approach and therapeutic skills to foster positive change in their lives.

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, with a specific focus on mental health and substance use issues.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques adaptable to a virtual setting.

• The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience.
