This position is entirely remote, allowing our Mental Health Therapists the flexibility to work from the comfort of their homes while engaging with clients and collaborating with team members through innovative telehealth platforms. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs, regularly modifying plans in response to patient progress and challenges.
• Diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to foster positive outcomes.
• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary care team, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other mental health providers, to devise comprehensive discharge strategies that promote continuity of care.
• Educate and guide clients and their families through the therapeutic process, ensuring that all involved parties are aligned and informed about treatment goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical situations, identifying necessary resources and referrals to enhance client care and safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including those set forth by local, state, and federal guidelines, maintaining the highest level of ethical and professional conduct.
• Utilize case management software for efficient documentation and tracking of patient notes, treatment progress, and care coordination activities.

Our therapists work primarily with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or psychologist, validated upon application.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and build rapport with clients and their families.

• Experience providing mental health therapy in remote settings, particularly through teletherapy platforms.

• Previous experience in crisis intervention and support for diverse populations.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications. Additionally, successful candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
