• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain each patient’s specific needs, establishing a foundation for personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy tailored to individuals, couples, and families.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, discussing prevalent mental health issues, fostering community, and offering shared coping strategies.
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care and address complex cases effectively.
• Deliver crisis intervention strategies and support clients during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and compassionate responses.
• Educationally empower patients by informing them about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation of patient interactions and progress, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage actively in professional development, team meetings, and case consultations to contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in the mental health field, proactively integrating new research and therapeutic practices into your work.

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse background, consisting of individuals from various age groups, socioeconomic statuses, and cultural backgrounds. Your client focus will include those facing challenges associated with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse issues, and other mental health conditions. As part of our remote operations, you will reach a wider geographic area while still maintaining a personalized approach to care.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
• Prior experience providing one-on-one and group therapy to diverse populations, adapting techniques to meet individual needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling successful engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.
• Strong ethical judgment and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.
• Competence in utilizing EHR systems and other computer applications for efficient documentation of care.
• The ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to collective goals.

• A proven track record of successful outcomes in individual and group therapy settings.
• Experience in a remote work environment, showcasing adaptability and self-motivation.
• Knowledge of local mental health resources in Nashville, Tennessee, is a plus.
