About the Role:
In the role of Operations Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for making sure our wind inspections run smoothly. It's a chance to be right at the heart of what we do, ensuring that our projects not only meet but exceed the high standards our clients expect from us.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate wind operations with a focus on professionalism and efficiency, making sure our pilots and customers always have a great experience with Zeitview.
  • Take the lead in recruiting and training new pilots, helping them through our online training program and setting them up for success.
  • Make sure everything's ready for our pilots before they arrive on site, ensuring we deliver our projects on time.
  • Tackle any issues that come up on the fly, and make sure our clients receive the highest standard of quality and service.
  • Be there to support our pilots with any site access or planning needs they have, and help iron out any project issues.
  • Possess an understanding of drone capabilities and airspace regulations while adhering to Zeitview SOPs.
  • Maintain a pulse on the wind industry.
  • Occasionally work side by side with our Quality Control team to make sure our work maintains the golden standard.
  • Juggle multiple projects, keeping in touch with pilots in the field, and staying on top of their day-to-day challenges.
  • Keep track of everything with daily reports and updates, using a mix of spreadsheets and software.

Qualifications:

  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), Slack, Coda and Asana.
  • Familiarity with the wind industry, including specific equipment and access requirements is a nice-to-have.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and ideally also German); ability to communicate with customers, pilots, and internal teams.
