• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health issues and design tailored treatment plans.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure their needs are met effectively.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct virtual sessions for clients with mobility issues or those living in remote areas, ensuring accessibility to essential services.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements to track client progress and uphold service quality.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and trends.

As an LMFT at Kings Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Psychology, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals grappling with relationship issues, family dynamics, and personal crises. Our clients range from families seeking therapeutic guidance to individuals battling anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Your role is critical in providing tailored support, empowering them to achieve lasting change and improved relationships.

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to establish trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients’ experiences and feelings.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage your caseload and administrative responsibilities.

While we welcome newly licensed therapists, preference will be given to candidates with experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly those who have worked with trauma recovery and family therapy. Previous engagement with teletherapy platforms is a plus, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients in receiving remote care.
