We Are Hiring

Location:  Partially Remote / Milwaukee Area

Department/Specialty:  Clinical Transformation - Revenue Cycle

Schedule:  Full-time / Days

Salary Range:  $79,000 - $110,000

What You Will Do
  • This position will focus more on revenue cycle operations.
  • Guides physician practice workflow transformation and change management for electronic medical record (EMR) implementation/optimization, addressing information gaps.
  • Directs practice site adoption/evaluation to find non-standard workflows and information gaps.
  • Assesses system issues, provides EMR training to improve function, standards, and patient outcomes.
  • Partners with leadership to improve training, adoption, and optimization strategies to meet goals.
  • Delivers ongoing training for EMR upgrades, new features, and new associates.
  • Cultivates positive user relationships to ensure optimal clinical application use.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
