Account Executive (Fully Remote)
SUMMARY:
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for generating new revenue, maintaining and growing existing revenue, while providing best-in-class customer service and building strong client relations. The AE will be selling global litigation services to law firms both locally and nationally, while also acting as a liaison between clients and the company's internal operations teams. This requires a candidate who is a self-starter, results orientated, motivated professional with a sense of urgency and a Make It Happen attitude.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Service existing accounts through a relationship-based approach
  • Establish new account revenue through researching and identifying potential leads, soliciting new law firms, building rapport, providing education and information around the company's offerings
  • Drive sales activity to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Engage in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations
  • Collaborate internally with sales team, sales management, and marketing
  • Provide all clients with superior customer service
  • Participate (in person or virtually) in association functions, client visits, lunch and learns, demonstrations, and any other client activities as necessary
  • Daily usage of company provided CRM to track activity and customer follow up
  • Work collaboratively with all operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience selling court reporting services or other services to the legal industry is paramount
  • Established legal client book of business is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication, and providing superior customer service in a fast-paced business environment
  • Should be skilled in problem solving, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a Make It Happen attitude, and thrive working both independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
