A Brief Overview The Business Relationship Management team serves as the bridge between the technology organization and TriNet business leaders.

The Business Analyst position is a core member of the BRM team and is the intersection between business and engineering colleagues throughout the software development lifecycle. Business Analysts work to fully understand the business needs and objectives of a technology initiative, translating this understanding into tangible, documented user stories. This role collaborates with stakeholders to gather business requirements, documents business processes, and identifies improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

This position holds foundational knowledge of core business processes, and ensures business requirements are successfully implemented into technology solutions. This position is also highly engaged in addressing clarification questions from Engineering while aligning with business colleagues to ensure applications are designed to match requirements from the business units. What you will do Partner with business stakeholders to define application requirements Produce developer-friendly functional designs, user stories, and wireframes that accurately reflect business requirements in coordination with Business Relationship Managers and Business Application Owners.

Serve as the liaison between business and engineering colleagues to resolve issues and provide progress updates, including to senior management. Conduct user story grooming sessions, coordinating discussions between engineering and business stakeholders. Develop and document business processes and procedures that encompass cross functional, complex business applications and processes.

Proactively analyze and evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement Research software applications to understand existing functionality and generate impactful change recommendations, making recommendations to senior management. Work with engineering teams to develop and implement technical applications, bringing expertise in challenging status quo. Lead testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Produce process maps and models for proposed applications, analyzing the data to identify patterns and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, seeking buy-in and coordinating with senior management. Conduct market and industry research to inform enterprise-level recommendations.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for key initiatives. Maintain deep knowledge of supported business areas, systems, and data. Mentor other Business Analysts and provide guidance on issue resolution.

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $89,600.00 to $179,200.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience. A candidate's compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet's corporate bonus plan.
