Job description

OHLA is looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow.

OHLA US is a retail marketing agency that works with national CPG brands to make things happen in-store. If you’re a natural hunter who knows the retail landscape and loves the thrill of opening new doors, we should talk.

The Role

You will work hand-in-hand with the executive team, focusing on finding new opportunities and building a solid sales pipeline. This isn’t just about making calls; you’ll be crafting pitches, responding to RFPs, and collaborating with our creative and operations teams to bring retail strategies to life. But most importantly, you will be building lasting relationships with clients.

It’s a fast-paced, remote-friendly role with about 50% travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

What You’ll Do

  • Hunt for new business leads within the CPG and retail sectors.
  • Support the executive team on high-level pitches and strategic proposals.
  • Build relationships with mid-market brands and turn their goals into in-store reality.
  • Represent the agency at trade shows and stay on top of retail trends.
  • Keep our CRM organized so we can track our growth accurately.

What You Bring

  • Deep knowledge of and sales experience in CPG, retail marketing, or an agency setting.
  • A proven track record of hitting quotas and winning over national brands.
  • Great presentation skills, whether you are on a Zoom call or in a boardroom.
  • Experience with shopper marketing and product launches.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a great bonus but not required.

Why join us?

We’re a high-growth team that values creativity and accountability. OHLA values not only your contributions, but you yourself. You’ll get national exposure, a flexible hybrid work model, and the chance to shape how major brands show up on shelves. Apply now.

If you are a builder who loves retail strategy, we’d love to see your resume. If your compensation needs are close to what is posted, but a little higher, don't be afraid to apply. Let's talk.

This position is open only to candidates in: AR, TX, FL
