• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations of clients, utilizing standardized tools and assessment methods to formulate accurate treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet clients' unique needs.
• Collaborate proactively with other healthcare professionals including case managers and psychiatrists to facilitate integrated treatment approaches and enhance overall client care.
• Offer crisis intervention strategies to clients experiencing severe emotional distress or acute crises, ensuring they receive immediate and effective support.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues, reduce stigma, and promote clinical services available through our clinic.

• Possess a valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exhibit remarkable communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrate cultural competence, ensuring sensitivity and awareness when dealing with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain concise and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

• Experience working in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth technologies to conduct therapy sessions effectively.
• A background in crisis intervention or emergency mental health services.
• Knowledge of local resources available for clients and the ability to guide them towards these supports.
• Engagement in community mental health initiatives or educational programs.
