Job Title: HR Specialist (Hardship Transfers)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to provide compassionate support and case management for employees and their families during challenging times. This role requires a strong sense of empathy and the ability to manage complex cases involving hardship transfer applications.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as an empathetic point of contact and provide holistic case management services to employees and their families in times of death, critical illness, crisis, and other times of need.
  • Review hardship transfer applications and support employees by providing resources relevant to their situation.
  • Escalate issues or barriers to the appropriate partner teams.
  • Communicate updates and status changes to associates and site HR teams throughout the process.
  • Demonstrate strong judgment and decision-making skills when reviewing hardship requests.
  • Exercise independent judgment in managing complex cases to determine transfer eligibility.
  • Handle sensitive cases related to domestic violence, homelessness, self-harm, and death.
  • Use critical thinking to respond effectively to dynamic situations and anticipate future challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Global Crisis and Issues Management Response (GCIMR) team to assess high-risk situations and potential reputational damage.
  • Partner with Global Security Operations (GSO) to mitigate risks through approved controls.
  • Identify root causes of high-volume contacts and trends within the Building-to-Building operation process.
  • Collaborate with People Experience and Technology (PXT), Ethics, Compliance, Legal, and MHLS Operations teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
