Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and qualify pipeline for our Enterprise Sales team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting within Field Service, Customer Service, and Operations organizations across enterprise accounts in the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify, research, and engage target enterprise accounts
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and buying intent
  • Schedule high-quality meetings and demos for Enterprise Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead nurturing
  • Build strong understanding of Neuron7’s AI platform and value proposition
  • Consistently meet and exceed pipeline generation targets

Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS / AI SaaS / Enterprise sales development
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into Field Service, Customer Support, or Operations teams
  • Exposure to AI, GenAI, or enterprise SaaS platforms
