This position reports to our New York, NY office. May work from home up to 50% of the time. Salary offered: $115,835 per year.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance project pipeline reporting, providing a clear picture of current status and a forecast of potential future issues

  • Identify actionable intelligence such as bottlenecks or negative trends and communicate these in an easily accessible method to users across the organization

  • Conduct analysis to support corporate goals and objectives through targeted action in the Project Management organization

  • Conduct analysis and exploration to identify areas for improvement and support broader pipeline management improvement initiatives

  • Work closely with IT and other BI Analysts to implement new data analysis processes, models, and tools to better provide information and knowledge to key business decision makers

  • Build an in-depth understanding of Sunrun data sources and associated business processes in order to provide Subject Matter Expertise and advice to leaders.

  • Collaborate with other teams including Process Improvement, QA, and upstream business units to ensure data insights generated within Customer Operations are shared across the organization
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering
  • 3 y. exp. as BI Analyst and/or Data Analyst, using BigQuery, Snowflake, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Python, R, and Advanced Excel.
