Responsibilities We are seeking a TS/SCI cleared, highly experienced and detail-oriented Systems Engineer Lead to join our team in CO Springs, CO and oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems and IT infrastructures. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers, ensuring the highest levels of performance, availability, and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge solutions that support our US Space Force customer's technology vision and strategic goals. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of systems engineering principles, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Strategy * Lead System Engineering Initiatives: Oversee the design and implementation of complex systems to meet organizational and operational requirements.
* Provide Technical Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert on systems engineering, providing guidance on infrastructure, architecture, and integration strategies.
* Define Standards: Set architecture and systems engineering best practices, ensuring effective deployment and maintenance.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical teams to develop and implement system solutions aligned with business objectives.
