Robert Half (Technology Solutions) is searching for a Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure) with a background in Infrastructure Project Management, PMP processes, PMO, and small/fast-paced/simultaneous project execution. Responsibilities:

• Direct multiple active customer-focused IT and infrastructure engagements at the same time, guiding each project from planning through final completion.

• Partner with technical program managers, engineers, field personnel, and client representatives to keep workstreams aligned and moving forward.

• Oversee delivery across a range of initiatives such as server modernization efforts, operating system refreshes, wireless improvement projects, structured cabling work, security and firewall implementations, hardware retirement activities, and office or site moves.

• Build and maintain detailed timelines, monitor milestones, track budgets, manage project risks, and provide consistent progress updates to stakeholders.

• Drive projects to successful outcomes by balancing scope, schedule, quality, and client expectations in a high-volume delivery setting.

• Transition quickly between new assignments and adjust leadership style based on project size, pace, and complexity.

• Serve as the central point of communication between internal delivery teams and external customers to resolve issues and reinforce accountability.

• Contribute to the refinement of delivery practices, project documentation, and operating standards to support ongoing process improvement.

• Represent the organization with confidence and a detail-oriented approach in meetings, presentations, and other customer-facing interactions.

• 10+ years of experience leading IT project management engagements, preferably in infrastructure-focused environments.
• Proven ability to manage several concurrent projects with competing deadlines and shifting priorities.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Strong background in client-facing project leadership, including status reporting, risk management, and financial oversight.
• Experience using Smartsheet and other project tracking tools to manage schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated knowledge of infrastructure and technology projects such as migrations, upgrades, security initiatives, and site transitions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and executive audiences.
