Job Overview:

Pay Range: $95.00hr - $100.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with 6 to 9+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Highly Preferred Education/Experience: B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, related discipline or equivalent experience with 6 to 9+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Broad understanding of UNIX and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Broad understanding of Server Hardware, Firewalls, Network routing, Switches, and Load Balancers.
  • Broad understanding of Middleware, File Transfer and Messaging, and Database.
  • Broad understanding of Cloud Technology.
  • Broad understanding of Automation Technology.
  • Comprehensive knowledge pertaining to concepts and principles in functional area.
  • General knowledge of System operations, policies, procedures and technologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodology following SAFe.
  • Availability for on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicates with clients and other resources to update and maintain progress status.
  • Provide input and status updates to senior leadership and executives during project design, build, and testing phases.
  • Identify repetitive manual tasks and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce operational burden, and improve productivity.
  • Apply best practices in incident response, including proactive monitoring, rapid triage, and effective communication during on-call rotations.
  • Ensure incidents are managed efficiently to minimize impact and restore services quickly.
  • Actively resolve and track the completion of events, changes, problems, incidents, and requests within appropriate process guidelines.
  • Coordinate business requirements and scope, and participate in cross-functional teams to ensure product adherence to business requirements.
  • Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve complex production issues.
  • Conduct thorough post-mortem analyses to identify root causes, document lessons learned, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Leverage experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Engineering to build and maintain robust systems.
  • Design for reliability, scalability, and maintainability, while collaborating across teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of security principles and integrate them into operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, proactively identify vulnerabilities, and foster a culture of secure operations.
  • Work under direction and guidance in planning details of procedures and methods to attain definite objectives.
  • Make decisions within established or widely accepted standards based on professional methods, training, and business principles.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
