• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs effectively.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize solution-focused therapies aimed at promoting recovery.
• Document clinical activities and patient progress in compliance with industry regulations, maintaining accurate and timely records.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and recovery coaches to ensure coordinated care approaches.
• Offer psychoeducation and supportive counseling to patients and their families, helping them understand the recovery process and available resources.
• Stay current with research trends and advancements in mental health to continually enhance therapeutic practices.

In your role as an LICSW within our detox center, you will work with a diverse array of patients confronting substance use issues and mental health challenges. These may include individuals from various backgrounds and experiences, providing you with the opportunity to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet specific cultural and individual needs, ultimately enhancing patient engagement and treatment effectiveness.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Washington is essential.
• Experience and knowledge in utilizing solution-based psychotherapy interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address patient needs accurately.

• Prior experience in a detox or addiction treatment setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and co-occurring conditions enhances eligibility.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is an advantage.
