The Role

This contract Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting across assigned GSP brands and requisitions. You'll post jobs, source candidates, conduct phone screens, review resumes, and move candidates through the pipeline — all the way to offer. • Optimize job titles and descriptions for search visibility on active boards
  • Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed Resume, and direct outreach
  • Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles

Candidate Review & Screening

  • Conduct structured phone screens using provided templates or templates approved by management
  • Write concise candidate recap summaries for hiring manager review
  • Manage candidate communication and keep pipeline stages current

Hiring Manager Support

  • Participate in req intake meetings to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profile
  • Provide regular pipeline updates to the Director of TA and hiring managers
  • Flag pipeline risks, sourcing challenges, or compliance concerns early
  • Scheduling interviews at every stage of hiring process

Process & Compliance

  • Follow established recruiting SOPs and handoff processes
  • Apply state-specific compliance considerations for active roles
  • Maintain clean, accurate candidate data in Greenhouse throughout the process

What We're Looking For

  • Familiarity with EEO compliance and fair hiring standards

Preferred

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight

Engagement Details
