All-Source Intelligence Analyst, Mid
The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intelligence analyst like you to do just that. As an all-source intelligence analyst, you use your specialized regional, functional, and military experience and attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our nation's leaders.
As an intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand their operational landscape, mission environment, and threats focused on leadership, capabilities, military, and political intentions in the tactical, operational, and strategic environment as it relates to national defense. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources and tool suites and develop effective queries, while combining information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and open source. You'll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for targeters, warfighters, senior policymakers, internal client publications, and U.S. IC-wide products. As the authority on your target set, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
This is a chance to grow your expertise and develop new skills in shaping and refining your knowledge while sharing your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools.
Work with us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our warfighters, nation's leaders, and policymakers.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience as a strategic air, political, or military surface or subsurface analyst
  • Experience with analytical tool suites required to perform all-source research to author analytical products
  • Knowledge of ODNI, ICD 203, and ICD 206 analytical tradecraft standards
  • Knowledge of Great Power Competitors' political and military capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with moderate government oversight, provide comprehensive and completed products that may require Senior Intelligence Analyst (SIA) or Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) minor revisions or editing, and develop and manage plan of actions and milestones
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Knowledge of the Asian political or military landscape

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
