• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, developing tailored treatment plans based on their specific circumstances.
• Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders, ensuring everyone involved is informed about the client's progress.
• Provide a tentative schedule of appointments, home visits, and required observations to supervisors for adequate monitoring of work progress.
• Coordinate all necessary home visits, including conducting in-home observations, chart reviews, and interviews with staff to gather comprehensive information for client evaluations.
• Ensure that all program plans are implemented effectively and adhere to quality standards, adjusting as required to meet client needs.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with other professionals to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Document client progress through detailed monthly and quarterly notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Organize and administer training for staff to enhance their competencies in implementing the program plan and maintaining proper documentation.
• Carry out follow-up interviews and home visits to provide ongoing support, ensuring clients' needs are consistently met.
• Act as a liaison with the broader mental health community, helping to develop and reach community health goals.
• Assist in creating training materials aimed at improving program implementation across the organization.

• High-level qualifications, including a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Strong familiarity with ethical and legal standards within mental health practices.
• Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills essential for building rapport with varied clientele.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and relevant technologies.

• A specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desired, further enhancing your ability to serve our diverse client needs.

• The salary for this full-time LPC position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent on experience and the complexity of caseloads.
