• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments through interviews, observations, and a detailed review of patients' medical histories to comprehensively evaluate the emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting their recovery.
• Provide personalized counseling and emotional support to patients and their families, addressing issues related to adjustment, grief, and coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider each patient's unique psychosocial needs.
• Facilitate access to community resources, such as vocational rehabilitation services, support groups, and housing assistance, ensuring patients receive comprehensive post-rehabilitation support.
• Play a vital role in discharge planning, ensuring smooth transitions for patients returning home or moving to other care settings.
• Communicate effectively with patients’ families, educating them on available resources and providing support throughout the rehabilitation process.

The patients at our detox center include individuals recovering from various conditions, such as substance usage disorders, neurological disorders, and serious injuries. Our clinical social work team focuses on enhancing patients' emotional resilience and facilitating successful community reintegration. A deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in rehabilitation settings is crucial to effectively support our diverse client population.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective interpersonal abilities.

• Previous experience working in a rehabilitation or medical setting, with a strong emphasis on psychosocial support.
• A detailed understanding of adjustment issues related to disability, trauma, and mental health challenges.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
