This position will be primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment while still maintaining a high standard of care. • Conduct assessments of patients' needs by utilizing a combination of structured interviews and direct behavioral observations to effectively gather valuable information.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans by synthesizing social, medical, and psychotherapeutic data, ensuring that interventions—such as therapy, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention—are tailored to individual patient needs.
• Set both short-term and long-term therapeutic goals collaboratively with patients, providing clear pathways to achieving these objectives.
• Facilitate open discussions with patients regarding their feelings and behaviors, creating a safe environment for expression and exploration.
• Design and implement treatment programs that address both acute and chronic pain, coordinating effectively with staff to direct supportive care.
• Utilize a range of treatment modalities for mental health issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, and other challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to address potential psychosocial issues, providing integrated care that enhances treatment effectiveness.
• Stay updated on legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in the mental health field, ensuring that all practices are compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
• Uphold the values and vision of Savas Health, promoting a safe and clean work environment through adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the facility.

You will work with a varied patient population at our community health clinic, addressing mental health issues for individuals facing life transitions, chronic illnesses, and relationship concerns. Our clients often come from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, providing you with the opportunity to make impactful connections and provide support to those navigating challenges across many facets of their lives.

• Must hold a current California LMFT license.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting focused on family and marriage therapy.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly preferred, enabling better communication with our diverse patient demographic.
