Mindful Momentum Psychological Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. You will collaborate with a diverse group of mental health professionals, participate in regular team meetings, and have access to ongoing training and resources.

• Evaluate and diagnose mental health disorders using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Create tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs, goals, and circumstances of each patient.
• Conduct therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, employing various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress, updating treatment plans as necessary to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Lead group therapy sessions to foster community learning and support.
• Provide referrals to additional specialists when appropriate, enhancing the comprehensive care of clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay informed on emerging practices and techniques in mental health therapy.

Our clientele spans a broad spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, including but not limited to couples navigating relational difficulties, families facing transitions, and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma. You will be instrumental in addressing issues related to interpersonal relationships, addiction, and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your approach will help clients recognize their strengths and find effective strategies to cope with challenges, leading to improved mental health outcomes.

• Valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices and a willingness to integrate new techniques into your work.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting and open therapeutic relationship.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively while maintaining high standards of care.

• Experience in addiction counseling, particularly related to substance use disorders and related co-occurring challenges.
• A track record of implementing personalized treatment plans that have led to significant patient improvements.
• Experience conducting both individual and group therapy, demonstrating versatility in therapeutic settings.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
