About the Role
This is a contract position supporting our recruiting operations - keeping the hiring process organized, fast, and smooth for candidates and hiring managers as we grow our center footprint.
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule phone screens, interviews, and debriefs across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Post and refresh job openings across our ATS and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Screen inbound applicants against role criteria and route qualified candidates to recruiters.
  • Keep the ATS clean and current: candidate statuses, interview notes, and hiring documentation.
  • Support our transition to a new onboarding system as appropriate
  • Other functions to support recruiting efforts on the team

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a fast-paced administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - you keep many moving pieces on track.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfort with ATS platforms

Education and Experience
  • At least two (2) years' recruiting or similar experience

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
  • In-office at our Headquarters in Austin, TX or remote for the right candidate
