• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge clients' mental health needs, family dynamics, and treatment goals through structured interviews and standardized tools.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting interventions to ensure alignment with clients' evolving needs and progress.
• Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients, fostering an environment of partnership that enhances motivation and commitment to the therapeutic process.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records while adhering to legal and ethical standards within the field of social work.
• Actively pursue professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed of the latest best practices in mental health care.
• Build and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships, encouraging open dialogue and emotional growth among clients.

Your primary focus will be working with school-aged children and adolescents facing various emotional and behavioral challenges, often in collaboration with families and educational staff. • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on child and adolescent therapy.
