• Assess and evaluate client needs through comprehensive interviews and psychological assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, tailored to individual or group settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development programs, including workshops and seminars, to stay informed about the latest research and therapeutic approaches in mental health.

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds, presenting various challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. We focus on a client-centered approach, encouraging clients to participate actively in their treatment plans. Your skills will be instrumental in fostering a supportive environment where vulnerable individuals can receive the care they need to move toward recovery and improved mental health.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, applying various therapeutic modalities.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is preferred.
• Prior experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus additional performance-based bonuses.
