This position is performed in a remote setting, allowing our therapy team to reach clients where they are most comfortable. Each therapist operates with a structured Monday to Friday workweek, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance that promotes productivity and personal well-being. • Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client needs and challenges through intake interviews and assessments to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Therapeutic Sessions: Facilitate engaging individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and therapy outcomes in compliance with regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create holistic treatment plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to stay updated on the latest therapeutic methods and best practices.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. A deep understanding of family dynamics and an empathetic approach are essential in creating a safe space for clients to express their concerns and work towards meaningful resolutions.

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of direct experience in providing therapy services, demonstrating a strong understanding of clinical techniques and best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills that foster a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Diverse clinical experience working with varied populations and a sound understanding of cultural competencies in therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutic resources to enhance remote therapy effectiveness.
