• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose clients' mental health concerns accurately, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide individual therapy sessions that focus on goal setting and therapeutic interventions, tracking clients' progress and adapting strategies as needed for effective outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring all technology and software comply with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and security.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of each client’s treatment processes, including progress notes and assessment updates, to uphold ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
• Actively engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training programs, and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current on best practices in mental health care.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential to perform effectively in this role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required for building trust and rapport with clients, facilitating a safe therapeutic environment.
• A non-judgmental attitude and strong sense of empathy are crucial for understanding and supporting clients facing diverse challenges.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills are essential to effectively manage caseloads and administrative obligations.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred, showcasing the ability to effectively facilitate therapy through virtual platforms.
• Experience with specific therapeutic approaches such as trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, or family systems therapy may be beneficial.
• A history of successful collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in mental health or related fields will enhance integration within our practice.

• The compensation package ranges between USD 60,000 to USD 80,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
