• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing structured tools and techniques to inform treatment planning.
• Design and deliver individualized therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each student, employing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, including teachers and family members, to establish and monitor therapeutic goals, adjusting strategies as needed to promote ongoing progress.
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions for students who may prefer or require virtual access, ensuring equitable availability of mental health services to all clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continual professional development through courses, workshops, and peer consultation, staying updated on the latest mental health practices and interventions.

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your expertise will greatly contribute to their emotional and social development, alongside fostering resilience and coping strategies in the face of life's challenges. The collaborative nature of the role allows you to work closely with families, educators, and other mental health professionals to create a supportive framework for each student.

• A valid and current mental health license in your state: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills essential for building trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences, fostering a safe space for vulnerable discussions.

• Experience in a school setting or working with children and adolescents in mental health roles is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with virtual care technologies and telehealth platforms.
• Strong organizational abilities that facilitate effective case management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
