• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and substance use history.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on achievable goals and coping strategies.
• Offer crisis intervention services, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support to clients in distress.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate and timely electronic health records within our EHR systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow social workers, to coordinate care and improve treatment efficacy.

The primary client demographic consists of individuals facing challenges related to substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in helping these clients navigate their recovery paths, teaching them resilience, and developing essential coping skills needed for sustained mental health and sobriety. Your work will directly impact their lives, empowering them to achieve lasting change.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.
• Two or more years of clinical experience in social work or mental health settings, preferably with a focus on substance use disorders.
• Proficiency in electronic health records and relevant software systems to ensure accurate medical documentation.

• Experience working in a detox or substance abuse treatment facility is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds and uphold a cultural competency standard.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to an excellent benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
