Lead the adoption of Big Data tools and other developing data technologies, both proprietary and open source.
Lead the Analyst team and drive data source and tool innovations based on stakeholder data needs, including adoption of Big Data technologies and development of a program to train and enhance associate skill-sets.

Minimum Requirements:
Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field and 10 years of experience in performing data analytics.
In lieu of a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 10 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a master's or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 8 years of experience as stated.
Also requires 8 years of experience in: leading and developing with open-source data technologies.
Also requires 6 years of experience managing people.
Position reports to Plano, Texas office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
