The Job:

As theOrder Entry Specialist, you will supportourCustomer Servicedaily operational rhythms.This includesentering and maintaining customer account information for orders, entering & processing orders into ourvarious order intake systems, and contacting customers for missing order specificationsvia various channels using designated ERP, operatingsystems,and web-based tools.

Success in this role will include theability toresearch answers using multiple resources toprocessorders ina timely manner. You'll get to:

  • Accept and processincoming POswhile linking all appropriate documents and configurations through the system.

  • Execute all tasks with high quality output and in a time manner that achieves associated KPI targets.

  • Process and handle customer requests, orders, and other customer related matterspertaining to order coordination and logistics.

  • Act as a liaison withoperations,sales personnel,and other partnersto meet and exceed customer expectations.

  • Maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, andprocesses.

  • Develop proficiencies in learning and processing cross branded orders.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

The Person:

  • 1 -2+years of customer service experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

  • SAP& Salesforce,preferred.

  • Ability to work flexible work hours and overtime if needed.

The Salary range for this position is $38,300.00 - $61,600.00
